Purposes and legal basis

  • To ensure the security of the website, prevent mass or fraudulent submissions and keep technical records: legitimate interest of the controller, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Statistical measurement of site usage through analytics cookies: consent of the data subject, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
  • Compliance with applicable legal obligations: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Users may withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.

  • Cookie decision: 24 months, after which consent is requested again.
  • Documentation subject to a legal retention obligation: the periods established by applicable commercial and tax regulations.

User rights and how to exercise them

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.

To do so, it is sufficient to send a request to srodriguez@terranovacpp.com, or by post to the address indicated above, stating the right being exercised and enclosing a copy of an identification document where necessary to verify identity. Requests are answered within a maximum period of one month, extendable by two additional months in particularly complex cases, with notice to the data subject.

Exercising these rights is free of charge, except in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

Complaints

Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing of their data does not comply with applicable regulations.

Security

Terranova Capital Partners adopts the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorized access. Communications with the website are encrypted and access to the inquiries received is restricted to authorized personnel.
